What we collect

• Subscribe form: your email address and the city and flowers you chose, plus the time of sign-up.
• Survey: the price option you chose and the time. It is not linked to your email.
• Technical data: our host (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request logs to serve the site and block abuse. We use a short-lived hashed form of your IP address only to limit repeated form submissions.

What we don’t do

• No cookies, no advertising, no tracking or analytics scripts, no selling or sharing of data.
• No payments are taken in the alpha, so we hold no card or payment data.
• During the alpha we do not send emails to subscribers. The mailing system runs in test mode and only prepares messages internally. If that changes, you will be able to leave with one click and nothing will be sent that you did not sign up for.

Why and how long

We process your email to keep you on the alpha list and, later, to send the bloom alerts you chose (consent, GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). We keep it until you unsubscribe or until the alpha ends, whichever is earlier, and delete the data after that.

Your rights

You can delete your data yourself with the unsubscribe link (every message will contain one), or email hello@bloomping.com to ask for access, correction or deletion.

Processors

Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, database, email routing). Data is stored in Cloudflare’s infrastructure and may be processed outside the EU/EEA.
